Premier League: Everton complete £10m Lookman signing

Everton have completed the signing of Ademola Lookman on a four-and-a-half year deal from Charlton Athletic, the club have confirmed.

The 19-year-old joined the club in a deal believed to be in the region of £10million.

Ademola scored seven goals in 25 appearances in all competitions for Charlton this season.

Speaking in a press conference after the signing, manager Ronald Koeman said: "Ademola is a good young, talented player. He's a young player who can reach a high level if he continues to develop

"He is a player for the future and he needs time to adapt. It's a good signing and we expect a lot from him.

"The reason I signed is because of the project we have here. We need time, but we want to grow on and off the pitch."
